The past few weeks have been wonderful for our site. I am so lucky to have such amazing readers and I’m so glad you’re here! I remember three years ago when I first started the site and I was so excited to hit 100 “likes” (it took awhile). Now we’re up to 5810 and growing every day.
This week a couple of exciting things happened. Alicia’s Deals in AZ received the Phoenix Magazine Best of the Valley Best Blog/Website Reader’s Choice Award for the third year in a row thanks to YOU! Thank you so much for voting, it is such an honor to get this award (there are so many wonderful websites and blogs in AZ).
So Scottsdale Magazine profiled my site in their October issue. I have to admit, I would be the LAST PERSON to call myself “So Scottsdale” but I’m thrilled they decided to include the site in the issue and very happy that saving money has caught on EVERYWHERE! 🙂
As you know, Alicia’s Deals in AZ made it to the second round of the Intuit Small Business Big Game Super Bowl commercial giveaway. Lots of people have asked when I find out if the site makes it to the top 20. That announcement will be made at the end of the month. Thank you so much for your votes and postive vibes!
