If you have something you need to recycle, you may want to head to Desert Ridge this Saturday. From 8AM-2PM they’ll be hosting a free recycle event.

“Recycle your old computers, electronics, cell phones, clothing, batteries and even golf balls at the “I Recycle Phoenix” Festival from 8am to 2pm Saturday, October 19, at the parking lot behind AMC Theaters. The event offers free document and computer hard-drive shredding and ideas on creative ways to live the “green” life. For more information, visit phoenixrecycles.org or call (602) 262-4820.Due to the amount of lead in CRT monitors and TV’s – Westech Recyclers will charge a small fee for recycling.”
